| Background Information:TCR Vγ9Vδ2 refers to a specific type of T cell receptor (TCR) found on a subset of gamma delta (γδ) T cells called Vγ9Vδ2 T cells. These cells are a major population of human γδ T cells in the blood and are characterized by the expression of a unique TCR that recognizes phosphoantigens (pAg). Vγ9Vδ2 T cell activation is tightly regulated by a variety of activating or inhibitory receptors which are specific for constitutively expressed or stress-modulated ligands (PMID: 20447835, 40040716). The most effective TCR Vg9Vd2-mediated cell activation relies on TCR interaction with BTN3A1, BTN3A2, and BTN2A1 molecules expressed by target cells (PMID: 25566259). | Formulation::PBS, Azide7 |
