| Background Information：ZNF350 (Zinc finger protein 350), also known as zinc-finger and BRCA1-interacting protein with a Kruppel-associated box (KRAB) domain (ZBRK1), is involved in the development of several human tumor types, including breast, colon, and cervical carcinomas. ZNF350 has been identified as a transcriptional suppressor that can either form complexes with other proteins or play a direct transcriptional suppressive role in a single-factor form (PMID: 30613364).
