| Background Information：KMO(Kynurenine 3-monooxygenase) is an NADPH-dependent flavin monooxygenase, catalysing the hydroxylation of the L-kynurenine to form L-3-hydroxykynurenine. KMO is a membrane protein located on the outer membrane of mitochondria.
