| Host / Isotype: Recombinant | Background Information: DDX19A, also known as DDX19L, belongs to the DEAD-box helicase family. DDX19A was identified as a novel cytosolic RNA sensor that could activate the NLRP3 inflammasome during virus infection. In addition, DDX19A was proven to be associated with NADPH oxidase 1 (NOX1)-mediated oxidative stress in tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α-induced A549 cell (PMID: 33968728). It may represent biomarkers of metastasis and novel therapeutic targets in CSCC patients. |
