| Host / Isotype: Rabbit / IgG | Background Information: Ubiquitin specific peptidase 53 (USP53) was originally discovered in cholestasis, and its tumor suppressive effects have recently been reported in various cancers. Zhao et al. showed that USP53 interacted with FKBP51 in lung adenocarcinoma cells, and induced apoptosis via the AKT pathway. Furthermore, USP53 inhibited the progression of clear cell renal cell carcinoma by suppressing the nuclear factor κB (NF‐κB) pathway. (PMID: 35654790) |
