| Background Information：IL-3RB/CD131, also known as CSF2RB, is the common subunit of the type I cytokine receptors for granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin (IL)-3 and IL-5. CD131 is expressed on various immune cells, including hematopoietic progenitor cells, granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, eosinophils, and mast cells, which plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of cytokines (PMID: 18412971).
