| Background Information：C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR7), which belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, is also a receptor for the MIP-3-beta chemokine, and probably acts as a mediator of EBV effects on B-lymphocytes or of normal lymphocyte functions.
